Pitaya provides a telehealth platform connecting patients with licensed healthcare providers for longevity and optimization consultations, prescription services, and related healthcare services.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and located in a state where we are licensed to practice to use our services. Currently, we are available in: Florida.

Many of the treatments we offer are prescribed off-label based on emerging evidence. Our physicians will discuss risks and benefits with you before prescribing any treatment.
5. Subscription and Billing
Our services are offered on a subscription basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Protosome, Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
